I have worked extensively with facilitating personal and group thinking on the topic of values. Values are fundamental for personal wellbeing, meaningful relationships and successful organisations.
Values cannot be imposed, they need to be explored, co-created and shared. The words themselves need to be given meaning in order for a value-based culture to create positive change and action. Facilitated, creative workshops and dialogue processes provide a space for values to be connected to, reflected upon and felt in a way that brings them to life and increases the likelihood of them being acted upon and fully embedded in a culture.
